About Us
Welcome to Tara
Tara Community Care was built on a simple belief, support systems
should make life easier, not harder. We exist to meet people where
they are, offering clear, compassionate support rooted in genuine
understanding and cultural respect.
We provide NDIS navigation, wellbeing and therapeutic support, and
everyday assistance for children, and proudly lead the Doniya
Better Project, an NDIA-funded initiative supporting children with
autism and families from CALD communities. Our vision is to build
inclusive communities where every person feels seen, supported,
and empowered to live with confidence and belonging.
Our Team
Our multidisciplinary team of support workers, clinicians,
coordinators, educators, and community specialists works with
one shared purpose: to provide culturally responsive, practical
support for individuals and families navigating disability systems
for the first time.
By blending professional expertise with lived and community
knowledge, we ensure families feel understood, respected, and
supported, while offering decision-makers reliable, transparent,
and consistent care that delivers the right support, at the right
time, from the right people.
