At Tara Kids, we collaborate with families to provide natural, joyful, and
meaningful support. Our specialists integrate therapy and education
into everyday routines based on your child’s strengths, interests, and
goals, delivered where they feel comfortable.

Our School Holiday Program continues learning through fun, play-based
sessions that safely build life skills, friendships, and independence,
allowing kids to thrive.

professionals, to support families with their child’s
daily routines. It focuses on simple, practical
strategies integrated easily into home life.

How It’s Delivered

A therapist designs the program, and experienced Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) work closely with
your family to provide consistent, goal-focused support.

02. Program Structure

  • 1 hr Individual Assessment
  • 10 Everyday Routine Sessions:1.5 hrs each, one per week for 10 weeks, including one parent-only session
  • 3 hours of preparation/reporting (non face-to-face)

03. Parent Involvemente

  • A parent-only session led by a psychologist
  • An individual coaching session with the parent and child to tailor strategies for home

Tara Kids – School Holiday
Program

Our fun, hands-on, play-based program, led by our caring therapy
team and supported by AHAs, is for children aged 6–12. It builds
confidence and everyday skills through movement, sensory play,
creative activities, and local outdoor adventures. In a safe,
encouraging space, children learn through play, form friendships,
and enjoy growth-supporting experiences.

  • Foster independence with age-appropriate daily tasks
  • Strengthen problem-solving abilities through playful challenges
  • Experience outdoor activities and local-area adventures
  • Group games focused on cooperation and turn-taking

  • Nature-based play and short local excursions.
  • Movement and sensory activities to support emotional regulation and confidences
  • Target group: Ages 6–12
  • Locations: Sydney and Regional Victoria
  • Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
